In English it should be

\DeclareFieldFormat{urldate}{%
    \addcomma\addspace accessed %
    \mkbibmonth{\thefield{urlmonth}}\addspace%
    \thefield{urlday}\addcomma \addspace     %  addcomma works !!!
    \thefield{urlyear}\isdot}
