BIG PICTURE: create a pipeline where data is presented in matlab right away to visualize data distribution (e.g. how many puncta are on average in a cell, how much does that vary, are there differences in different conditions (file name recognition/preselcting by experimenter), how big is the average cell, dendritic length, puncta density...
