What we discussed already several times: compute a backwards comulative puncta distribution over distance where 100% is puncta in entire cell (soma+dendrites) and it starts with the puncta with the biggest distance from soma. (should be discussed if we take soma as "one bin" or we also compute the distances but then we loose the info of which puncta is in the soma and which in a dendrite close to the soma...)
