I know this could be easily a full PhD project....however ;)
I have experiments with puncta where I additionally stained synapses. It would be great if we could come up with an analysis to see the punctadistances from synapses (also depending on their distance from the soma etc...). We could start with a by hand clicking on synapses and later on develop an object based recognition.
