BiomAnalysis applied for inpatient daytime studies

This Klinik I analysis profile is adapted for inpatient samples that wear smartwatches over the day. That is, no gps or sleep detection required.

This repository heavily relies on the preprocessing and reporting functions of the BiomAnalysis repository by florianbinder and Konstantin drexl. Hence here will be some customized functions for daily plots etc.

Contribute:

After cloning the required repos, make sure the initLibs() works fine on your system. Adapt the raw directory paths only in the top level scripts.
