 ### Introduction
 LimiTT automatically links validated MTIs and affected proteins to a list of miRNAs and a list of genes or proteins mapped onto UniProt accessions (annotation file), by using the information of different databases containing experimentally verified MTIs. If no miRNAs are existent, the pipeline will predict miRNAs by the use of the given genes/proteins.
