The Pipeline needs a check if a set parameter is unknown to the script. If it is print a warning!

Additionally, the script needs one of the parameters --tfbs_path and --create_known_tfbs_path to required or change the default value to an absolute path.

--tfbs_path or --create_known_tfbs_path are set as required by #79 .
