Some dead QT5 links under /usr/local/lib

In the turn of 3675fc0 it was forgotten to also recreate the correct links in /usr/local/lib. Yielding a bunch of dead links with the pattern lib*5.12.5. This is not that dramatic *), but rather sloppy style. Pls take #1195 for reference when updating again.
*) Since nothing really broke, and I'm also preparing the 5.15.2 build.
