linux: Dell Latitude 3310 (welcome): linux-5.15.131-454 does not boot, linux-6.1.39-540 shows blank screen #2981

linux-5.15.131-454 introduced in #2976 does not boot anymore on the laptop welcome (Dell Latitude 3310).

The initrd banner are printed and then the lower half of the screen is garbled.

linux-6.1.39-540 boots, but does not show anything on the screen.

linux-6.1.52-456 and linux-6.5.2-455 work fine.
