Two bee files for dbus-python-0.83.2

dbus-python-0.83.2-0.bee is a build that was done for python 2.6, whilst dbus-python-0.83.2-1.bee is a build for python 2.7.
Problem is, one can't 'be0' this thingy.
But I think it's better to check first if python2.6 could be send into the /package/pkg 'jail'.
