The path of /sbin/request-key is hardcoded into the kernel in security/keys/request_key.c. So make sure, we install into /sbin not unto /usr/sbin. Set EPREFIX to empty.

Rebuild of keyutils to use /sbin instead of /usr/sbin, because the kernel has the use space helper /sbin/request-key harcoded.
