From d8e328b3bd65fdefc9c49a27ee80c28e0a44b653 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Grant Likely Date: Sun, 20 May 2012 00:08:13 -0600 Subject: [PATCH 01/41] spi: Add "spi:" prefix to modalias attribute of spi devices The modalias attribute of spi devices doesn't have the "spi:" prefix that is used in the UEVENT and in spi device drivers. This patch adds the prefix so the modprobe can correctly match modules to devices. This is used to disable the SATA and PCIe PHYs if the respective clocks are unused after initialization. However, of these two drivers, the SATA driver may be compiled as a module. The driver re-enables the clocks at module init but the PHYs stay disabled. Since the custom clock gating disabled the PHYs when gating the clock off, it should also re-enable them when enabling the clock gate. This is done by adding a second function that may be used to enable the PHYs. #endif From 278b45b06bf721b7cf5de67a0126786c60c720e6 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Andrew Lunn Date: Wed, 27 Jun 2012 13:40:04 +0200 Subject: [PATCH 21/41] ARM: Orion: DT support for IRQ and GPIO Controllers Both IRQ and GPIO controllers can now be represented in DT. The IRQ controllers are setup first, and then the GPIO controllers. Interrupts for GPIO lines are placed directly after the main interrupts in the interrupt space.
