Subject: [PATCH] [netdrvr] tulip: oops in tulip_interrupt when hibernating
 with swsusp/suspend2

The following patch is seems to fix the tulip suspend/resume panic:

My attempts at a cleaner patch failed and Pavel thinks this is OK.
