Subject: [PATCH] IB/ehca: Change query_port() to return LINK_UP instead
 UNKNOWN

Set the port phys state as returned from ehca_query_port() to LINK_UP.
ehca actually represents a logical HCA, whose phys/link state always
is LINK_UP.
