When we have a route (e.g. default) to a connected remote IP but change the configuration so that the network is reachable through another interface and issue `mxrouterctl reload`, the route is lost. Another `mxrouterctl reload` fixes it. The reason is that `mxrouterctl` does a `ip addr del` followed by a `ip addr add` to move the ip address from one interface to another. But when the ip address is removed from the old interface, the kernel deletes all routes which depend on it. `mxrouterctl reload` sees no difference in the route configuration between the running system and the target configuration, so it doesn't issue any `route` commands which would reestablish the routes.
