`--safety` checks for `.PMIRROR_ENABLED` (`$master_path/.PMIRROR_ENABLED`),
but the help text names `.PMIRROR_ENABLE`:
$ pmirror --help 2>&1 | grep -e --safety
--safety check existance of /path/.PMIRROR_ENABLE
Creating the file as documented therefore does not enable the mirror.
Name the correct file, and fix the spelling of *existence*.
