inkscape (0.92.4/1.0) fails to run extensions

If one starts an extension like 'lorem-ipsum' or the latex-math painter a
'ModuleNotFoundError' is thrown: No module named 'lxml'.
The module was present in python2, but isn't in python3. Albeit there is a module called 'defusedxml/lxml.py' in python-3.7.7-0? Was this a hotfix?

Any Ideas? For future builds I opt to simply include a small inkscape-python. Libreoffice does so too.
