Improvement: Order of "publications" on front page

At the moment, the publications in the list on the front page seem to be displayed in random order. It would be better if the last added entry appeared on top, and perfect if there was a way to re-order / sort in the backend.

As a first step, I changed it to "last 5" in #62.
I leave this issue open.

I've prepared a pull request to make the list orderable from the admin interface. See description of #63. Is this is what you want? I can't easily give an experimental preview on the life server, because the change requires a migration (modification of the database scheme). Trying this out and deciding against it would require another migration to undo the changes, which would just pollute the codebase. So please decide, if its worth a try.. You can have a preview on a test server, just come to my office.

#63 can be previewed at the staging server1. In the admin interface is a little handle on each publication with which you can drag it up or down.
