Cell types label assignment snRNA-seq and snATAC-seq data
This repository contains code used to assign cell types labels to snRNA-seq and snATAC-seq data. Labels were transferred from a reference data set from the Allen Brain Map to snRNA-seq data. Subsequently, cell type labels were transferred from snRNA-seq to snATAC-seq data.
