TE_DB

Fasta files with known transposable element proteins. Should have .fasta as their extension (all .fasta file in this directory will be used to build the final blast DB)

Sources

  • maize_uniprotkb_TE.fasta: Transposable element proteins from UniProtKB with term KW-0814 annotated
  • rice_TE_only.fasta: Transposable element proteins from the rice genome
  • ath_TE.fasta: Translated ORFs from transposable elements from Arabidopsis thaliana (min. length 50 aa)
  • tomato_ITAG3.10_TE.fasta: Transposable element proteins annotated in version 3.10 from the tomato genome
