Like chapters menu, citation, keywords, persons, locations.

Maybe like so:

{% if Currentchapter.Chapterlanguage == 'german' %}Gliederung{% elif Currentchapter.Chapterlanguage == 'italian' %}Struttura del capitolo{% else %}Chapter structure{% endif %}

or better as templatetags
