RNAPanomicsTissue

takes a folder with Tiff images, representing a maximum projection for the DAPI, MAP2 and RNA channels. The script will loop through each file, user will segment cell body layer from neurites layer and identifiy puncta of interest. A proper report is written in the same folder.
