TFBSscan

The tool to search for motifs within the whole genome or regions of interest

Installation

  1. Clone the directory
git clone https://github.molgen.mpg.de/anastasiia/TFBSscan
  1. Switch to the directory
cd TFBSscan
  1. Create the needed environment from the file tfbs.yaml
conda env create --file tfbs.yaml
  1. Activate the environment
source activate tfbs
  1. You are ready to use the TFBS scan! To learn how to use TFBS scan, just type
python tfbsscan.py
