These script are still under development. All related to reading, parsing and manipulating GFA graph files generated by an assembly algorithm (De Bruijn Graph or Overlap Graphs).
As the theme of my thesis has been to detect Bubble chains and Superbubbles in these graphs. Still a lot to do here.
The [Thesis PDF](thesis_defense.pdf) file is my thesis defense.
