prompt: colorize ZSH prompt

Add colors suitable for use in the ZSH prompt.  Having learnt that the
ZSH equivalent of PROMPT_COMMAND is precmd (), you can now use
GIT_PS1_SHOWCOLORHINTS with ZSH.
