mergetool: honor tempfile configuration when resolving delete conflicts

Teach resolve_deleted_merge() to honor the mergetool.keepBackup and
mergetool.keepTemporaries configuration knobs.

This ensures that the worktree is kept pristine when resolving deletion
conflicts with the variables both set to false.
