arch/x86/mm/numa.c: initialize numa_kernel_nodes in numa_clear_kernel…

…_node_hotplug()

On-stack variable numa_kernel_nodes in numa_clear_kernel_node_hotplug()
was not initialized.  So we need to initialize it.
