[PATCH] myri10ge: drop contiguous skb routines
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
Drop the old routines that used the physically contigous skb now
that we use the physical pages. And rename myri10ge_page_rx_done()
to myri10ge_rx_done() as it was previously.
