[ARM] 4058/2: iop32x: set ->broken_parity_status on n2100 onboard r81…

…69 ports

On the n2100, both onboard r8169 ports exhibit PCI parity problems.
Set the ->broken_parity_status flag for both ports so that the r8169
drivers knows it should ignore error interrupts.
