This reverts commit 07f455f.
    ALSA: hda: removed unneeded hp_nid references

    Removed unneeded hp_nid references for 92hd73xx codec family.

This caused the silent output on some Intel desktops due to missing
routing of widget 0x0a and 0x0d.
