GFS2: Use MAX_LFS_FILESIZE for meta inode size

Using ~0ULL was cauing sign issues in filemap_fdatawrite_range, so use MAX_LFS_FILESIZE instead. Signed-off-by: Steven Whitehouse <swhiteho@redhat.com>
