Spiral to Histogram

Spiral to Histogram is a program to visualize and analyse microscope images.

Installation

Use the package manager pip to install the requirements.

pip install -r requirements.txt

In the directory start the program with

python main.py

Tested with venv and python 3.6 on Ubuntu 18.04
