For ease-of-use in IGV the entries should be ordered by chromosome and startpoint.
Multiple Entries with the same Ensembl-ID should be restricted -> Ensembl-IDs should be unique

Ensembl-IDs are unique only UCSC RefSeq-IDs are not !
