It would be nice to have actual releases with version numbers and changelogs. Which might then also be shown on the Wilson server introduction page. Currently it's impossible for the user to know which version is actually running.

This is not completely true if you hover over the top-left logo you will see the current package and app version. But I agree we should make this more obvious.
