The orca function requires this to be installed (new dependency for docker and buildkite).

Also right now orca can only be used with a mapbox token set in the environment regardless of the plot even using mapbox. I opened an issue so this will hopefully be fixed soon.

To be changed as soon as CRAN version of plotly is > 4.8.0.

Plotly is version 4.9.0 on CRAN now: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/plotly/index.html
