Resolves #29
Switched from the deprecated plotly::export to plotly::orca. This requires that Orca is installed! So we need to install this in docker, on the servers and so on.
Also utils::zip is changed to zip::zipr this has the advantage that Rtools is no longer necessary for windows users.
