libgdiplus: Remove

Remove package libgdiplus, which installs into the /package/mono prefix.
No file from the package is installed on the system disk.

Update note: Not to be deinstalled by bee remove, because that would
delete files in /package/mono. References must be removed from
/usr/share/bee/ and the bee cache rebuilded manually.
