mutt: Update version from 1.10.1 to 1.13.5

Get rid of linking against OpenSSL 1.0.0 libraries.

    $ ldd /usr/bin/mutt | grep 1.0.0
            libssl.so.1.0.0 => /usr/lib/libssl.so.1.0.0 (0x00007fde5d922000)
            libcrypto.so.1.0.0 => /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.1.0.0 (0x00007fde5d4bb000)
