perl-wrapper: Make sure, /usr/bin/perl is generated

/usr/bin/perl might not be included in the above list, if
perl-5.12.1-2.x86_64 is still installed, beccause it containts
/usr/bin/perl -> /usr/local/bin/perl

Explicitly include /usr/bin/perl in the package
