firefox_esr: Update version from 45.4.0 to 45.5.0

Various security issues are fixed in this release [1][2].

Fixes for mfsa2016-90, also known as:
CVE-2016-5296, CVE-2016-5297, CVE-2016-9064, CVE-2016-9066,
CVE-2016-5291, CVE-2016-5290.
