mutt: update to 2.2.1 and enable smtp support

In order to effectivly use mutt with smtp to send mails I
added `--with-sasl` and `--enable-smtp` to the configure
statement. While the last is self-explanatory the first one
is also required for authenticationa when sending email
(<https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Mutt#Sending_mail>).
