consolekit: Remove version 0.4.4

ConsoleKit is no longer needed, and systemd-logind is used instead. So,
remove the package.

Note, remove the line from `/etc/pam.d/system-auth`, and `/usr/bin/kdm`
still needs the library, but we do not care, as it’s not used.
