Linux 4.7.0 is not removed as there are systems using it.

Also, Linux 4.6.x is *end of life, that means not supported anymore.

Note, this is the LAST 4.6.y kernel to be released, please move to 4.7.1
now, you have been warned.

So, systems should be moved to Linux 4.7.

Tested on keineahnung, bacon, sigchld, and rest of systems in the pc pool.
