Some patches which might fix the nfs4.1 problem. Upgrade to latest 4.14 and greatest by the way. Tested on sigusr2.

Patch " ipmi:pci: Blacklist a Realtek "IPMI" device" is included in 4.14.96, so this fixes the problem below (cf. it@molgen.mpg.de mailbox).

Using Linux 4.14.94 on a HP EliteDesk 705 G4 MT desktop system, there is a 100 s delay during
boot.

Created bee file with

    cp  linux-4.14.94-239.bee linux-4.14.96-240.bee
After we stated to use nfs4.1, sometimes clients became unresponsive and
servers logged "RPC request reserved 84 but used 276".

Add patches which might fix the issue.

Check for a tag "nfsd41" in hostconfig and remove -vers=4.0 option for
server hosts which have this tag.

This allows us to activate a nfs version >nfs4.0 on some hosts to see,
if the "empty sequence" bug is fixed. It is supposed to be fixed in
kernels>= version 4.14.96-240. See mariux64/bee-files#1014
