Use `scripts/TEMPLATE.be0` to create bee file.
Use revision 1, as somebody already built libgee-0.20.1-0, but there is
no trace in the git repository for that.

I reported this issue [upstream][1], but should have read the instructions beforehand. It will work out of the box in the next release. [1]: https://github.com/pdfpc/pdfpc/issues/433
