Accessing the certificate store over the network takes a long time, and blocks Thunderbird for several minutes. Work around it by setting `NSS_SDB_USE_CACHE=1`.

Work around the issue the same way as in Firefox by setting an environment variable. There are still short lags for users with S/MIME certificates, but those are acceptable in my opinion.
