1. xdg-utils: Update version from 1.0.2 to 1.1.3 …

   With our ancient version from 2007, xdg-settings is not even included
   in xdg-tools and important things like `python -mantigravity` dont't
   work
   
   Recreate bee file from mTEMPLATE.be0 with configured and updated
   BEE_VERSION and SRCURL and with build_in_sourcedir set.
