1. libtinfo_compat: Update symlink to libncursesw.so.5 …

   The target was removed, so the Haskell package (/usr/local) does not
   work anymore because of the missing library. Use `libncursesw.so.5`
   instead, which seems to fix `ghci`.
   
   Increment version to 2.
   
   Fixes: 6edaddb (ncurses_compat-5.7.0: remove)
