1. libdrm: Update version from 2.4.100 to 2.4.102 …

   Needed for Mesa 20.2.0-rc2.
   
       Message: libdrm 2.4.102 needed because nouveau has the highest requirement
       Using 'PKG_CONFIG_PATH' from environment with value: '/pkg/python-3.7.7-0/lib/pkgconfig'
       Dependency libdrm_intel found: NO found 2.4.100 but need: '>=2.4.102'
       Run-time dependency libdrm_intel found: NO (tried cmake)
   
       ../meson.build:1416:4: ERROR: Invalid version of dependency, need 'libdrm_intel' ['>=2.4.102'] found '2.4.100'.
   
   1.  Update the suffix for the LZMA compressed source archive.
   2.  Convert from (removed) autotools to Meson.
