1. python*-wrapper: Move macs2 to python3 …

   Rationale: The macs2-utility from python-2.7.16 owns a
   shared library that is incompatible with the recent glibc.
   
   macs2 has been 'ported' to python3 in the meantime, so it
   needs to be moved to the right wrapper, macs3 was added for
   convenience.
